Summary
Pres. Woodrow Wilson was the most lenient leader of the three others. He did not want Germany to suffer but rather build them back up onto democratic lines. He wanted to help them survive. Wilson also wanted for other European nations to rely on self determination meaning that the countries determin their own statehood and form their own allegiances and government.
